Conference Exhibitor Registration
The ILMA 27th Annual Conference, March 1st - 3rd 2012. Includes exhibit space with skirted table, electricity, 2 Breakfasts, Thursday luncheon and dinner, breaks, Thursday evening Exhibitor Reception , all program materials, and a 2012 Corporate ILMA Membership.
Promotional Opportunities The ILMA Program Committee is requesting that our Conference Exhibitors consider making a contribution to help underwrite the cost of the Hospitality Suite. All Sponsors will receive special recognition in the Conference Program, as well as throughout the Conference. 4 Sponsoships are available.
Program Advertising* Your ad will appear in the desired size within the Conference Program distributed to all attendees. *All ads must be camera-ready artwork (tiff or jpeg preferred) and be submitted to Robert Dill no later than January 30, 2012.
Mandatory set up time is on March 1 (Thursday) from 9 am – 11 am. Tear down will be on March 2 (Friday) after the raffle drawing. Temporary parking near building to unload is allowed.
